Ezra Claverie The best and most manic crossover thrash I've heard since Toxic Noise (1990-94). These hooks and breakdowns would please any fan of old-school thrash; virtuosic lead breaks end as quickly as they start. But the voice-cracking lead vocals and gang-shout choruses push this into the lunatic punk territory pioneered by Japanese bands like SxOxB and Rose Rose. The musical equivalent of vintage bathtub crank. Favorite track: A1. Faster Than Shot.
